- 1 tsp leavening agent
- 3/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/3 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1.5 cups of mashed banana
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 125 g of honey
- Small chocolate chips to cover the bread before baking
2nd Step. How to bake the best buckwheat banana bread
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F). Line your pan with paper for baking and grease it with oil. Combine the mashed bananas, milk, lemon juice, oil, and honey in a large bowl. Stir well. Then add the dry ingredients in three portions mixing each addition.
Transfer the banana bread mix to the pan with paper. You may cover the top with chocolate chips. Bake for about 60 minutes.
